Product Description：
GR5 Titanium Tube is made from GR5 titanium alloy, and as for GR5 titanium alloy, it is a new dual-phase alloy with good comprehensive properties; it has great structure stability, and the toughness, the plasticity is good as well, and lastly, its high-temperature deformation properties can satisfy customers. It can perform hot pressure processing well and can be quenched and aged to strengthen the alloy. The strength after heat treatment is about 50% to 100% higher than that of the annealed state, and it can work for a long time at the high temperature from 400°C to 500°C, but about the thermal stability this sector, the α titanium alloy is superior to GR5 titanium tube alloy.
And titanium alloy pipes are generally prepared by welding, extrusion, multi-roll cross-rolling, and piercing. Among those processes, the pipes produced by the welding process are prone to have cracks, breaks, and have a lower service life in extreme environments; while the pipes produced by the extrusion and cross-rolling perforation processes are prone to deform, have uneven structures, and some relatively different performance question.
